Arnott's new replacement air compressor P-2986 is from WABCO - the original equipment supplier to Audi. Unlike compressors that are simply modified to fit the vehicle, this compressor was designed by WABCO specifically for the 2011-2018 Audi A8 Quattro & 2013-2018 S8 Quattro(D4) incorporating a high level integration mechatronics. This high-performance, yet quiet, WABCO compressor includes a maintenance-free integrated air dryer and comes completely assembled from the WABCO factory in Germany with an application specific air line, wiring harness and brackets. This direct replacement compressor comes in a WABCO box and is ready to install with included application-specific mounting hardware and a relay.
