Core Returns
Used core items must either be shipped back to the address on RMA form, or can be returned to our approved return drop off location, for a full refund of the core, plus all applicable taxes.
To make the core return process easier, customers can request a pre-paid return shipping label through Customer Service. This label will enable you to use our discounted shipping rates to return your items. The cost of this return shipment will then be deducted from the total amount of your return.

Yes! All core returns MUST be accompanied with the appropriate RMA for the items being returned. RMAs are simple to get, and help ensure a smooth and easy return process, allowing us to focus more time and energy on helping customers!

- Cores must be return within 30 Days of the date of purchase (60 days for remote areas).
- Core items must always be returned in the original packaging.
- Cores not returned in original packaging will be refused.
- Any core returns accepted outside the 30 day return window, may not be refunded the entire value of or core as manufacturer core prices can fluctuate, and may be subject to a 20% fee. We also reserve the right refuse core returns outside the regular return window.
