• Stabilus LIFT-O-MAT® storage compartment lift support replaces the worn OE unit to restore proper storage compartment operation. A patented Labyrinth Piston manages extension speed for smooth motion and a controlled stop. This damping profile helps prevent unsightly bouncing and shuddering of the storage compartment as it opens. High-precision sealing and corrosion-resistant materials help maintain consistent performance across thousands of operating cycles. The fully sealed design requires no lubrication, adjustment, or routine maintenance over its service life. Engineered to OE specification for exact fit, form, and function with no modification required.
