• The Arnott MR-3839 is an OES front magnetic strut for the front of 2015€“2020 GM Short Wheelbase and Long Wheelbase SUVs, as well as 2014€“2018 GMC Sierra 1500 and Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models (K2xx) equipped with Z95 MagneRide. This universal strut fits both the right and the left side. The magnetically controlled strut from Arnott provides the same highly adaptive ride as the OE. The monotube damper is filled with magnetorheological fluid which is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil that contains easily magnetized iron particles. The two electromagnetic coils inside the damper instantly change the bonds between the magnetized iron particles altering the viscosity and stiffness of the suspension when turned on.
