It's constructed of durable braided stainless steel with a plastic handle similar to the factory dipstick, and comes with three different stoppers to accommodate different designs of dipstick tube. The fitting process is straightforward: Perform a complete oil change on your vehicle and add the factory-recommended amount of engine oil to ensure the level is correct, or you can use your previous dipstick to determine the full level.
